AOSC is located at 614 W. Duarte Road in Arcadia, CA, near Methodist Hospital. The center spans over 8000 square feet, and the patient care areas consist of four Operating rooms, two GI procedure rooms, a Pre-Op and a Recovery room.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, from approximately 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
